Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Praise Travels website (praisetravel.com) and booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Praise Travels. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Praise Travels provides an online travel booking platform offering the following services: • Flight booking — domestic and international flights on 15+ airline partners • Hotel reservations — accommodation across Ghana, Africa, and worldwide • Car rental — vehicle hire with and without drivers • Tour packages — curated travel experiences across Africa • Visa assistance — application support for 50+ countries • Travel insurance — comprehensive travel protection plans • Loyalty rewards programme We act as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, insurance providers). Final service delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of each respective provider.

3.1 Booking Process: All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number. 3.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring all passenger details, travel dates, and other booking information are accurate. Praise Travels is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer. 3.3 Instalment Plans: Where instalment payment plans are offered, customers agree to the payment schedule at the time of booking. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of amounts already paid. 3.4 Group Bookings: Group bookings of 5 or more passengers are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of booking.

4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via Paystack, which supports Visa, Mastercard, mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), and bank transfers. 4.2 Currency: All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates for international transactions are determined by your card issuer or bank. 4.3 Payment Security: All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Praise Travels does not store your card details. 4.4 Price Changes: Prices are subject to change until payment is completed. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged. 4.5 Instalment Plans: By agreeing to an instalment plan, you authorise Praise Travels and Paystack to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule.

5.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by service type and provider. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be displayed before you confirm payment. 5.2 Flight Cancellations: Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless the airline cancels the flight. Where refunds are permitted, they are subject to the airline's terms and any applicable fees. 5.3 Hotel Cancellations: Hotel cancellation policies vary by property. Free cancellation periods, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of booking. 5.4 Visa Assistance: Visa application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the relevant embassy or consulate. Our service fee may be partially refunded if we have not yet commenced work on your application. 5.5 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

6.1 Praise Travels acts as an agent for third-party travel service providers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, or negligence of any such providers. 6.2 We are not responsible for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from travel services provided by third parties. 6.3 Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim. 6.4 We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, airline strikes, or pandemics.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws in Ghana and internationally.

8.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 8.2 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. 8.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes. 8.4 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings on our platform.

All content on the Praise Travels website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Praise Travels or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
